The PTA to DPT transition program through the University of Findlay has been great so far with all of the professors really tailoring their instruction of specific topics to us as current clinicians trying to further ourselves within the realm of physical therapy. The college itself is pretty nice, with all I've seen so far being well taken care of. At The University of Findlay, I was able to complete my undergraduate degree and graduate degree in six years versus seven years at most universities. The University of Findlay is a small school that allows you to be a person rather than just a number. The faculty has the ability to get to know the students on a more personal level and are also more accessible to the students if they need help. Findlay itself is a smaller town and doesn't have a whole lot to do but the on campus events are pretty fun.
