Southern New Hampshire University was a great school and I am glad I attended. I received a Bachelors in Psychology with a concentration in Child and Adolescent Development. The courses were very informative and the professors helped you in any way they could if you needed. My academic advisors were always emailing and calling to make sure I was getting through my courses okay and they provided any help or points of contact they could. They were very personable, which to me is huge because they showed... Read More they cared. Some of the courses where difficult but SNHU has many sources you can use to help you get where you need to be. I graduated summa cum laude this year, and it was hard to get there but you can do it if you put your mind to it! I highly recommend!

This college is seriously a joke! I loved it at first. I just finished my freshman year online. I was doing great in my classes, until I had to take a math class. Math has always been hard for me. I ended up failing the class, which caused my gpa to go under 2.0. If it goes under 2.0, you get your financial aid suspended. But you can appeal it and have the decision reconsidered. That's what happened to me. The only reason I failed was because I was in the hospital, giving birth to my daughter the... Read More last week of class and was unable to finish my class. I sent in documentation of my hospital records as proof. I have appealed 4 times already and still I'm being denied my aid. Well I'm so sorry I was in the hospital with no internet access. Colleges say they want every individual to better their futures, but they won't even let you prove yourself. You would think they would give me my aid back so I can prove to them I can actually manage taking care of my baby and passing my classes. But I guess I was wrong. I really thought this was a great college but I was wrong about that too. Way to go SNHU!!!!

SNHU was a great experience for me. I graduated at the top of my class in May of 2016. If you're willing to work hard and stay focused, this is the right school. I am now working on my Master of Arts in professional counseling. I do not regret choosing SNHU. I did my research and chose this school wisely. I did have a very few (2 or 3) instructors that I did not like, but that's to be expected. There was really only one that made my life miserable. I asked for and received awesome references from...
